Hi! I'm Carrie Greynolds, professional organizer and home stager at The Staging Fairy. From a young age, I always loved to organize and decorate. As a child, I set up organizational systems in our house for laundry, and I got my first staging job when my Mom told me I could pick out a new comforter and curtains for my bedroom and rearrange the furniture.
As an adult, I learned a great deal about organizing individuals, whole classes of students, lessons, dances, plays, and so much more while teaching for 22 years. During that time, I taught theater and film and sponsored a successful drama club. There were often very little funds to work with to stage these productions, but it was important to me that they were special. I frequently used my own personal furniture and accessories to supplement what I could not afford to purchase with the school budget. Also, I made contacts within the school and from the community at large to help contribute to the staging.
This experience taught me to organize a lot of moving parts and to stage for a wide audience using a budget and a variety of resources.
Whether I am organizing or staging, creating an atmosphere for my clients or potential buyers with very little cost is my specialty.
Training with world-renowned home stager Debra Gould was an invaluable experience. She taught me every last detail involved in the art of home staging. Let me put that knowledge to work for you.
